91-year-old plants 570,000 trees over 40 yrs

Qi Youpeng, 91. Qi has been working as a forest ranger taking care of 333 hectares of forestland for 40 years and enduring a poor life.

Now he can only get 120 yuan ($19) of subsidy from the village government each month. Over the past 40 years, he has planted more than 570,000 trees.

Qi even told his children to spread his ashes into the forestland after his death.
