Four got killed and 10 other people injured during a tragic roadside accident in the city of Jiaozuo, Henan Province, on the evening of August 7.
Lian Changsen, the driver without a driving license, crushed into crowd while driving an engineering truck without a number plate down the road of the city.
Two people died on the spot, and another two died after being rushed to hospital. There also 10 others are under medical treatment. Further probe in the case continues.
