Su Rong was elected as the director of the Jiangxi Provincial Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress on Monday during the first session of 12th Jiangxi Provincial People's Congress.
Lu Xinshe was appointed as the provincial governor of Jiangxi Province.
Lu, born in 1956, is a native of the city of Juye in east China's Shandong province. He previously served as the deputy governor of Jiangxi Province from June, 2011 to February, 2012.
