BEIJING, Sept. 25 (Xinhua) -- Beijing reported one imported confirmed COVID-19 case on Thursday, the municipal health commission said on Friday.
The newly confirmed case is the same asymptomatic case reported on Saturday. The patient was reexamined on Thursday and the result of the nucleic acid test was positive. Following the results of a chest CT scan, the patient was diagnosed as a confirmed case.
The capital reported no new locally transmitted confirmed, asymptomatic, or suspected cases on Thursday, according to the commission.
