CHANGCHUN, Jan. 23 (Xinhua) -- Northeast China's Jilin Province on Friday reported 13 new confirmed COVID-19 cases and 52 new asymptomatic infections, the provincial health commission said Saturday.
Of the new confirmed cases, seven were reported in the provincial capital Changchun and six in the city of Tonghua.
Of the new asymptomatic cases, 49 were reported in Tonghua and three in Changchun.
All the above-mentioned cases have been rushed to designated medical institutions for treatment and observation.
As of Friday, a total of 194 confirmed cases had been reported in the province in the latest round of infection since mid-January. Enditem
