Capital M is offering a seven-course meal and a midnight Champagne toast on the terrace overlooking Tian'anmen Square. RMB988 includes Champagne cocktails, canapes and a Taittinger Champagne toast. Reservations required.

Ring in the New Year with Mosto's festive five-course dinner menu. There will be a midnight countdown, party favors, a Champagne toast and funky music at midnight. RMB490. Reservations encouraged.
New Year's Eve at Cepe
Cepe's mouth-watering five-course dinner features Pacific oysters, lightly seared tuna belly, crab and potato ravioli and a choice of Braised Wagyu beef or steamed Canadian lobster. RMB1,188 with glass of Champagne or RMB1,488 for wine and a glass of Champagne. Expect to pay a surcharge.
New Year's Eve Midnight Supper
St. Regis Beijing is holding a banquet modeled on Lady Astor's New York Midnight Supper. Their celebration of 2011 includes free-flow wines and a supper buffet complemented by the sounds of classic Shanghai jazz.
SALT'S New Year's Eve Sparkling Celebrations
