Australian veal extravaganza at Compass Grill

The Compass Grill at the Hilton Beijing Capital Airport is having an Australian Veal Extravaganza valid from Feb. 1-29. The Australian veal on offer is of premium quality from the Mulwarra export Pty Ltd that was founded in 1997. The Compass Grill is offering veal sweetbread as an appetizer, which is so tender that it tastes like chicken. The soup is the Hungarian style veal-tail. It's light, with small chunks of onions, and well seasoned. The veal fillet on offer is roasted with herbs, wrapped in prosciutto, roasted corn and cherry tomatoes and served with a Weiner schnitzel. The veal fillet is succulent and with every bite you will be sure to savor the flavors. Indulge a little more with the classic cheesecake for the dessert.
