Dr Stephanie Teoh and Dr Lyn Wren will present an interactive and intensive one day workshop for all Mums and Dads-to-be, aiming to help prepare you for labour, birth and the early weeks after delivery. Topics covered include process of labour and child birth, pain relief choices, getting familiar with possible medical interventions, what happens immediately after deliver and more. Not to be missed!
