WHO:Chinese Glamour Party–Mid-Autumn Themed Party.
WHAT:On Thursday, September 20th, Renaissance Beijing Capital Hotel will ask guests to “GET OUT” of their hotel rooms and discover an exclusive RLife LIVE performance by Chinese guest singer Qiuzi and her band in R Lounge.
On this special night, famous fashion designer Luna Li, will bring her design and present them to our guests. Luna graduated from university of East London. She came back to Beijing in 2008 to chase her dream as she always wanted to make beautiful dresses. Before starting her eponymous made-to-measure line in 2010, she worked as an assistant to renowned UK-based designer Ben de Lisi in London, then as a fashion lecturer at Raffles design collage in Bei Jing. Her designs has been on the magazines and red carpets, her cocktail dresses and wedding gowns have already become favorites of celebrities.
She recently moved to a new studio located in a courtyard in the NanLuoGuXiang area. Luna thinks Chinese design is not given enough attention or respect, but it will get better, she has good faith in it.
