Blake Lively suffered an injury on the Dublin set of her upcoming spy thriller, temporarily halting production Monday.

The actress hurt her hand on the set of "The Rhythm Section" while filming an action sequence, a production spokesperson confirmed to the Daily News in a statement.

"Paramount, Global Road (formerly known as IM Global) and producers Michael G Wilson and Barbara Broccoli today confirmed that filming has been temporarily suspended on 'The Rhythm Section' as Blake Lively sustained an injury to her hand whilst filming an action sequence. Production will resume as soon as possible," the statement read.

"The Rhythm Section" is an adaptation of the first in a series of novels by British author Mark Burnell featuring the character Stephanie Patrick.

In the film, Patrick's world is turned upside down after her family is killed in a plane crash that may not be exactly as it appears.

The movie also stars Jude Law, and is directed by Reed Morano, executive producer of "The Handmaid's Tale."(Agencies)
