I don't think so mummy! A determined Suri Cruise wriggles out of the warm blanket her concerned mother is trying to wrap around her in New York

It may have been cold in new York, but despite her tender years Suri Cruise knows her own mind.

And the two-year-old wasn't going to wear a coat, or even allow herself to be wrapped in a blanket, for her trip to the movie theatre.

While Suri's doting mother Katie Holmes tried to wrap her daughter up warm she was told 'no' by the determined youngster.

Instead Suri, who was wearing a blue dress, white silky top and her favourite red Mary Janes, left her mother carrying her wrap as they visited the theatre on Saturday, Mail Online reported.

Suri has proved herself the world's youngest fashionista, with her eye-catching outfits and glamorous party dresses. And with the paparazzi cameras snapping away perhaps she wanted to look her very best.

Her 30-year-old mother treated Suri to the trip to watch the new children's movie Bolt, in between the matinee and afternoon performances of her play All My Sons.

The visit came as it emerged that Katie and her film star husband Tom Cruise are living in fear after receiving death threats.

Sources close leading Scientologist Cruise say the threats are believed to have come from groups opposed to the religious organisation.

As a result the couple have informed the FBI and are living at separate locations and using bomb-proof vehicles.

Cruise has spent ?5million on an underground bunker in the grounds of his estate in Colorado. In August, threats were made to place anthrax in the air vents of his Los Angeles office.
