Duplicity star Julia Roberts shared a hug with a jolly character as she left The Late Show with David Letterman.

Roberts bumped into the man, who was sporting a small ghetto-blaster around his neck, as she left the studios yesterday and even gave him some blooms from the bunch of flowers she was carrying.

Dressed in a black overcoat and wearing sunglasses, the Pretty Woman star seemed amused by her encounter – as did the man who succeeded in getting her attention.

The 41-year-old was in New York City to promote her role in the new blockbuster Duplicity, which also stars British actor Clive Owen. Mail Online reported.
