Kelly Brook's seven month romance with Danny Cipriani is on the rocks after the pair have been spending increasing amounts of time apart.
The glamour model, 29, hasn't seen her toyboy boyfriend since she returned from Los Angeles 10 days ago, according to friends. Mail Online report.
And now she has jetted off again on holiday with her mother Sandra, while Danny has moved out of Kelly's west London home and returned to his mother's home in Wimbledon.
The couple started dating in September, just weeks after Kelly ended her relationship to ex-fiance Billy Zane.
The pair were quickly inseparable and Danny started living at Kelly's Notting Hill apartment.
But after Kelly flew to LA earlier in February to start house-hunting as she makes another ditch for Hollywood fame, the Wasps player moved of her home to return to his mother Anne's place and hasn't returned.
While Danny has been focused on his rugby career and trying to prove himself to England manager Martin Johnson, Kelly is trying to resurrect her movie career after a string of flops.
A friend of the couple tells The People: 'Danny was living at Kelly's place in Notting Hill up until she went to LA.
'He moved out the day before she left and is now back at his mum Anne's house in Wimbledon. He hasn't returned to Kelly's house since then and they haven't spent any time together either.
'We fear things have hit the rocks and their romance is over. If so, it's very sad as Kelly was smitten with Danny and was always smiling when she was with him.'
In December, Kelly admitted she was serious about Danny and had fallen in love with him.
She said: ''It's actually really refreshing to be with someone who isn't in my business because it's something else that we can talk about.
'And I'm really interested in what he does because it's what he does and I love him.'
Despite Kelly's previous penchant for older men - Billy was 14 years older and Lock, Stock, Two Smoking Barrels actor Jason Statham was eight years older - it appeared she had changed her outlook on younger men
She said: 'I know more about hip-hop music than I ever did before. He's closer in age to me than anyone I've ever been with.
'That's the reality. If I'd known it was this good I'd have done it years ago.
'Not to be rude, and I don't want to knock my previous relationships, but I couldn't be happier.'
Danny's relationship with Kelly attracted negative press from rugby critics, who accused him of being distracted by his celebrity relationship.
The 21-year-old is now bidding for a place on the England's team's tour of South Africa.
On Friday, Lions legend Willie John McBride said Danny wasn't ready for the tour, saying: 'Cipriani has done nothing of note in his career, yet they have tried to make him a celebrity. He hasn't proved anything.
'He is a very talented boy, but you've got to have a track record before you become a celebrity. He has done nothing.'
Meanwhile, Amanda Holden expressed her sympathy for Kelly after she was fired as a judge from Britain's Got Talent after only six days.
She told the Daily Mirror: 'It was terrible for Kelly and I felt for her.
'She wasn't bad - her forte was judging the dance acts because she was a contestant on Strictly Come Dancing. But Simon was right - it didn't work with four judges.'
Amanda admitted she was angry she wasn't consulted when Simon made the snap decision to hire Kelly.
She said: 'It's true that Ant and Dec were cross and Piers and I were cross because we weren't told...
'Both of us tried to include her. On her first day, I gave her a hug and said, "Please don't worry, I know you must be petrified."'
