As she arrived for a star-studded dinner in Beverly Hills, it seemed that a good meal was just what Sharon Stone needed.

Clad in a figure-hugging Herve Leger dress, her slight figure and bouffant hair caused something of a 'lollipop' effect - a trend often attributed to Hollywood stars when their heads are out-of-proportion with their tiny bodies.

The 51-year-old star was attending An Evening Of Women: Celebrating Art, Music and Equality at the Beverly Hills Hilton Hotel.

The actress was wearing a coral-coloured Herve Leger dress -a favourite with stars including Kate Winslet, Miley Cyrus and Cheryl Cole. Mail Online reported.

The plunging neckline highlighted her razor sharp collar bones, while the tight bandage design clung to her ribcage.

Miss Stone accessorised with towering floral heels and diamond-studded bangles and earrings.

She was among a host of stars at the annual event, which was hosted by the Los Angeles Gay and Lesbian Centre.
