While her estranged husband was tearfully revealing his turmoil over their split on breakfast television, Katie Price made sure all eyes were on her in LA.
The pneumatic glamour model jetted out to California just days ago, and was strutting her stuff by the pool dressed in an filly green bikini, ironically with hearts dotted all over it.
The mother-of-three seemed unconcerned about maintaining her privacy as she lolled on her lounger and rubbed sun lotion into her skin.
She was later pictured in white hot pants heading to The Ivy where she dined alone, before hitting the shops in Beverly Hills.
The 31-year-old is believed to have travelled to America in a bid to launch her acting career – and there are rumours she could star in a UK TV version of Baywatch.
David Hasselhoff - who played lifeguard Mitch Buchannon in the hit 90s show - was executive producer of the U.S. version, and according to one report yesterday thinks Katie would look great in a red swimsuit.
The Hoff said: ‘I've been thinking about basing a new show over here, it would be called UK-Watch - and Jordan is certainly feisty and has curves in all the right places.’
Katie has also allegedly signed up with Davie Bowie's management firm - The Outside Organisation - in a move which signals she is ready to take on the music market once more.
The move comes despite her last efforts being panned when she represented the UK in the Eurovision Song Contest in an ill advised pink catsuit, while pregnant with Junior, in 2005.
That fateful year also saw her screech through a hair-raising duet with Andre for Children in Need.
Back in London, as Katie was flaunting her curves, an emotional Peter Andre appeared on This Morning confessing his regret that he had been so open about his marriage and appealing for privacy.
The Mysterious Girl singer is particularly upset about Katie’s decision to talk publicly about her miscarriage just weeks before he ended their marriage.
He said: ‘What’s done is done. You’ve got to move on. Yes, we’re in the public eye. I don’t want to say anything bad about the mother of my children.
Despite ending his relationship with Katie in May, he added: ‘I haven’t let on to the kids.’
Katie is due to jet back to the UK today to give her side of events on This Morning. Mail Online reported.
