We’re used to seeing her in dressed down mommy mode but Katie Holmes has upped her style game for her latest overseas trip.
The 33-year-old actress arrived at the Shangri-La Hotel in Beijing, China, yesterday in a black dress with a plunging neckline.
While the accompanying red blazer and just-above-the knee-length of her dress made the outfit more conservative, the low v-shaped neckline gave the look the wow factor and showed off a hint of cleavage.
Holmes drew further attention to her décolletage with two chains around her neck.
One was a long gold pendant while the other was a customised gold necklace with an S on it in homage to her daughter Suri, with husband Tom Cruise.
The £1000 disc charm was designed by Tobey Maguire's wife Jennifer Meyer and it went perfectly with Katie's outfit.
The star – who looked more tanned than usual – also wore a pair of simple black heels and pulled her hair back off her face in a chic ponytail.
The former Dawson's Creek was in Beijing to promote the Artistry On Ice skating event for which she is a promotional ambassador .
She had also been at the sister event in Taiwan, earlier this week, which added some glamour to proceedings.
During her first ever visit to Beijing she used the opportunity to try some traditional local cuisine including the famous Beijing duck.
Holmes said that she was extremely flattered to be made an ambassador of Artistry On Ice as she is a huge fan of ice skating and dance.
She said: 'I used to watch ice skating on TV and being able to see it live with the high level of skilled skaters and the beautiful environment that Artistry creates for everyone is so thrilling.
