Beginning on Friday, Oct. 5, Blaine will stand on a 20-foot-high platform, surrounded by towering metallic orbs that will stream 1 million volts of electricity around him for 3 days and 3 nights.

During the period of time, Blaine will stand there without sleeping or eating anything. ELECTRIFIED is part of the Ultrabook Experience, a new initiative from Intel Corporation, which marks David Blaine's first performance to enable fans around the globe to become a part instead of just watching it. Intel Ultrabook stations set up in Beijing, London, New York, Sydney and Tokyo will invite fans to interact with the electricity and metallic orbs around the artist.
