1. Inflamed Skin
Abnormal capillary activity along the chin area is a sign of a stressed digestive system. Other signs of stress include eczema, flaking and dermatitis along the forehead and hairline, which could be related to intestinal problems.
2. Dark Circles under Your Eyes
According to WrongDiagnosis.com, there are 110 possible causes of shadows under the eyes. The most common is lack of sleep, possibly through stress or depression. But it could also indicate a deficiency in phenol sulfotransferase, which can cause physical and behavioral problems. If your dark circles persist, see a doctor to make sure there isn't something more dangerous going on.
3. Mouth Sores

Bleeding gums can be a clear sign of gum disease. However, persistent bleeding may also be linked to serious medical conditions such as leukemia and blood platelet disorders.
7. Eyelash Loss
You can lose an eyelash or two when you curling your eyelashes, and eyelashes do fall out naturally. However, madarosis, the medical name for the excessive loss of lashes, could indicate an undiagnosed thyroid problem.
8. White Spots on Your Fingernails
Often thought to be caused by a vitamin or mineral deficiency, particularly a lack of calcium, white spots that show up on your fingernails are actually caused by injuries to the nail bed that could have occurred weeks or even months before the spots appear.
