BEIJING, Sept. 1 -- Hong Kong star Aaron Kwok is releasing his first album after six years of silence, and the theme song is "Love."

Taiwan's pop king Jay Chou was invited to write the theme song, "Love," for the album.

On Thursday, the Chinese Internet portal sina.com quoted Kwok as saying: "Jay Chou told me he worked pretty hard on the theme song when he gave the music to me. This is the first time in all my music career that I tried an R&B song."

The new album is the first collaboration between Kwok and Chou. It is also the first album Kwok has released since he tied the knot with his new label, Music Nation Group.

Kwok is now filming the music video for the theme song in Taipei.
