Breasts of girl 4 grow after she takes the pill as a snack
2007-05-31 01:27:01 Shanghai Daily

SHANGHAI, May 31 -- A little girl mistook her mother's contraceptive pills as "hidden snacks" and ate them for a month causing her breasts to grow swiftly, Guangzhou Daily reported today.

The mother found her four-year-old girl's bosoms getting bigger, but didn't find the reason until she caught her eating the pills in her bedroom.

"I always found mum eating them furtively in the bedroom. I guessed they were tasty snacks and took them from my mum's to eat," the daughter said.

The girl was quickly taken to a local hospital by her mother.

Rong Xiuhua, a doctor in the East China Hospital in the Guangdong provincial capital, told the mother not to worry about it and all the symptoms will disappear in a month after the girl stopped eating the pills. However, if she had taken the pills for a long time, the condition might have been permanent, the doctor said.
