Five killed in karaoke parlor blast in north

SHANGHAI, July 5 -- A BLAST in a karaoke parlor in northeast China killed five people, injured 32 and left 10 missing, The Associated Press said today, citing Xinhua news agency.

Authorities in Liaoning Province are investigation the cause of the blast last night in Tianshifu township.

Four of the injured were in serious condition, Xinhua said.
