2007-08-14 19:16:52 Xinhua English

BEIJING, Aug. 15 -- Hong Kong pop singer Jack Cheung held a concert Monday in Shijiazhuang, capital city of north China's Hebei Province, as part of his "Year of Jacky Cheung World Tour 2007". He offered his audience an audio-visual feast, with top-notch singing and dancing as well as superior on-stage lighting and acoustics.

The Hong Kong singer began the concert with "Sparks Of Love", a song full of love and emotion. And he later brought the audience on top of the world with his hot dance moves during the three faster songs that followed.

Cheung then led the audience down their memory lane with three classic songs "A Thousand Reasons to Be Sad", "You Were There All the Way" and "Only Want To Follow You All My Life".

Cheung showed his deep love for his first daughter with a beautiful lullaby, composed by himself. He sang this song to her when she had difficulty falling asleep, said Cheung. He also wrote two other songs for his wife and second daughter respectively.

Audiences not only enjoyed Cheung's hit songs, like "Love You More" and "More Everyday" and "Goodbye-Kiss", but they also got a chance to enjoy the flavour of some classics by listening to old songs from other renowned artists.

Cheung also performed excerpts from his musical "Snow Wolf Lake" and movie "Perhaps Love", both of which were big successes in 2005.
