BEIJING, March 31 (Xinhua) -- French Accor Group, a leading European hospitality company, told Xinhua on Monday that it would open four new Pullman business hotels in China by 2010 in hopes of gaining more market share among upscale travelers in China.

The hotels will open in Hainan Province's Sanyan city at the end of May, in Beijing in July, in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region's Hohhot in early 2009 and in Tianjin Municipality around 2010.

Accor opened a Pullman hotel in Dongguan, Guangdong Province this month.

Michael Issenberg, the chairman of Accor Asia Pacific, said that the company would see rapid growth in the region, especially in China, adding that the company is scheduled to have 18 hotels in operation in the region by 2009, with 100 hotels in the long run.
