A poll has revealed the most and the least stylish film characters- with Audrey Hepburn's character from Breakfast At Tiffany's coming top and Toni Collette's Muriel in Muriel's Wedding coming bottom.
BEIJING, Feb. 16-- It's all very well for the stars to be blamed for their own fashion disasters when they scrub up for some premiere or other.
But can they really be blamed or congratulated for the clobber they have to wear when they're doing their day job?
A poll has revealed the most and the least stylish film characters- with Audrey Hepburn's character from Breakfast At Tiffany's coming top and Toni Collette's Muriel in Muriel's Wedding coming bottom.
From the top ten it looks like simple glamour and style is the winning combo... with Uma Thurman's Pulp Fiction character coming second, and Cameron Diaz's Charlie's Angel sneaking into third spot.
Big pants are obviously not viewed as being particularly fashionable after Renee Zellweger's Bridget Jones was voted the second least stylist character, with Baby from Dirty Dancing coming third.
Anything a bit odd or quirky was also seen as a bit naff in the minds of those who took part in the BBC's What To Wear Magazine poll.
Kate Winslet's Clementine in Eternal Sunshine Of The Spotless Mind and Reese Witherspoon's Elle Woods in Legally Blonde- with her penchant for pink- were two characters who got the no-no.
Sienna Miller's character in Alfie and Cate Blanchett's version of Katharine Hepburn in The Aviator were given the definite thumbs up.
