BEIJING, March.22-- Beijing's groovers can now experience the world's smallest nightclub. Named°•Miniscule of Sound', it has been brought over from the UK from 26 March to 3 April. And it's free.

Through the joint efforts of the British Council and its local partner the Beijing Friendship Association, it's the first time this unique style of British clubbing has reached China.

Living up to the slogan"Keep it tiny", only seven or eight people can participate in the miniature nightclub at a time. They may be ejected indiscriminately at the will of the door staff.

Beijing's local DJ's will also be invited to take a spin.

Miniscule of Sound will be on the road at the Xin Dong An Shopping Centre on Wangfujing Street, at Beijing Normal University and outside Lotus Street on Shi Cha Hai.

The mini nightclub was created in August 1998 and was officially certified by Guinness World Records in 2000.
