Bangkok promotes Chinese teaching

Zhang Xinsheng, Chinese Vice Minister of Education,

addresses the opening of the first Chinese Teaching Conference in Bangkok,

capital of Thailand, Jan. 11, 2006. About 1,000 delegates of educational
