The Sino-Russia Culture & Art Festival for College Students kicked off on Monday in Heihe College in Heihe, northeast China's Heilongjiang Province, Oct. 13, 2008.
A total of 60 college students from Russia will share their experiences with Heihe College students in a wide range of activities as sports matches and photograph exhibition during the festival aiming to enhance the understanding and friendship between the youth of the two countries.
