Designed by UK based Atkins Designs Studio, the visually stunning skyscraper will become the new global HQ for developer Tameer Holding Investment, and is also set to contain a boutique 5 star hotel, four gardens, a major Art Gallery, plus residential, retail and office space. The building's design was inspired by the vertical shape of the Minaret, the tall spire which is a distinctive architectural feature of Islamic mosques.
