The appetizer which will be served at the 66th annual Golden Globe Awards is placed on the table during a media preview at a hotel in Beverly Hills Jan. 6, 2009. The appetizer served will feature California organic field greens with white asparagus, crisp apricot dill goat cheese in Phyllo along with a poached pear with a maple syrup apple cider vinaigrette. The Golden Globe Awards will be presented Jan. 11.
