The village has a troupe which usually gives performances on the 19th day of the second month of the Chinese traditional lunar calendar, or March 15 this year. The members of the troupe, which has a history of 60 years, are all local villagers. They practise Chinese operas in leisure times and work in farming seasons. They have won great popularity among residents in many counties of the province.
