Khagendra, who was born on Oct. 4, 1992 in a remote village of Baglung district, some 180 km west of Kathmandu, is only 50 cm in height and 5 kg in weight, reported the myrepublica.com. He has taken his certificate of Nepali citizenship from Baglung district in western Nepal on Sunday and is set to register his name in the Guinness Book of World Record as the shortest and the lightest person in the world.
