The 2009 "Colorful Guizhou" Tourist Commodities Design Competition held in Guiyang, southwest China's Guizhou Province, Nov. 3, 2009.
The activity draws over 300 pieces of craftworks participating in the Tourist Commodities Design Competition and 270 contestants taking part in the Final Selection Campaign of Skillful Craftsmen in Designing Tourist Commodities, which features series of commodities in the range of silver ornaments, embroidery, carvings, batik, souvenir, etc. all with distinctive and typical local ethnic minorities' features and characteristics.
