The Eryuan Xihu Wetland Park, located near the headwaters of the Erhai Lake, was listed as one of the national wetland parks in December 2009. The Xihu Lake, covering an area of about 4.3 square kilometers, is dotted with six villages and seven islands in the water. Visitors tour the waterside scenery just like in a beautiful picture.
