As the Chinese lunar New Year's eve is falling on Feb 8 this year, a large part of the enormous migrant population in China's towns and cities have started their annual family reunion journey.
Chinese newspapers reported that this year, the migrant workers have again set off early to avoid the overloaded transportation around the peak days and, more likely, the higher cost of trains and buses during the holiday.
