Chlorine leakage kills 28

An antichemical regiment enters the scene of a serious liquid chlorine leakage in Huai'an City, Jiangsu Province, Mar. 30.

The poisonous leakage, caused by a collision involving a tank truck carrying 35 tons of liquefied chlorine, has killed 28 and hospitalized 350, most of whom are local farmers living nearby.
