The 2005 Johnnie Walker Classic resumes Friday after it was suspended due to high winds Thursday at the Pine Valley Golf Resort in Beijing, April 22, 2005.

China's Zhang Lianwei finished the first round one-over-par 73.

The four-day tournament, one of the world's top contests held in the early part of the year, has attracted a star-studded golfing line-up.
