China's normally secretive police provided a rare glimpse Friday of security work for the 2008 Beijing Olympics, outlining steps to make venues safe and staging riot-control demonstrations by a special tactical unit. As part of the police force's initial preparations, a command center for the 2008 Games has been set up, and analyses drafted on different threats, terrorism in particular, the Beijing Public Security Bureau said.
