In this photo released by China's Xinhua News Agency, a 5-day-old baby sleeps at a hospital in Xiangfan, central China's Hubei Province, Sept. 26, 2006.

The baby, who only weighed 1.35 kilograms when it was born, survived from pneumonia, anemia and some other symptoms with the help of doctors from the hospital.
