DOHA, Dec. 8 (Xinhua) -- World champion Lin Dan of China beat Lee Hyun Il from South Korea, setting up a championship clash with Hidayat Taufik of Indonesia at the Doha Asian Games on Friday.

Lin put behind his early loss to Lee in the team final, pulling off a crushing win over the fourth-seeded South Korean in 30 minutes.

Lin played a very offensive game, allowing Lee just three points in the first set. Lee adjusted his tactics in the second set with a more careful approach, but still couldn't avoid mistakes on net and baseline, losing the second set in 21-10.

Taufik and second-seeded South Korean Lee Chong Wei fought a seesaw battle until the Indonesian Olympic champion triumphed 21-16, 21-18.

The final will see Lin and Taufik fight for the third time in the Asian Games, with Lin winning twice.
