Migrant workers' children from rural areas show the newly received Free Education cards and free books at the Central Primary School of Xiahuaqiao Town of Shaoyang County, central China's Hunan Province, Sept. 2, 2007.

Migrant workers' children will enjoy the same rights as local students from this autumn, since Shaoyang authorities began to abolish their guest schooling fees and textbook expenditures and provide them subsistence subsidies as well.
