Tibetan residents celebrate the Siyang festival in Tingri county, southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region, April 23, 2008.
The Siyang festival came every year before the planting season of highland barley.
During the festival, the Tibetans held various activities including horse racing, banquet, singing and dancing to express their wish for a good harvest.
