BEIJING, July 22 -- China's Liu Xiang ranked 10th on the latest IAAF list.
The Olympic Champion, and world record co-holder of 110m Hurdles, came behind his arch-rival Allen Johnson.
The International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) issued the latest leading men's and women's world rankings on Tuesday.
