OTTAWA, August 13(Xinhuanet)-- Spanish teenager Rafael Nadal will meet eight-time grand slam winner Andre Agassi in the final of the Montreal ATP Masters Series, a match billed as the showdown between players representing the past and future of tennis.
The 35-year-old Agassi beat Briton Greg Rusedski 6-4, 6-4 on Saturday to reach the final while Nadal, the ruling French Open champion, advanced after defeating Frenchman Paul-Henri Mathieu 6-4, 7-5 in Saturday's other semi-final.
Nadal, whose 15th straight match improved his ATP-best record to 64-8 this year, has anticipated a meeting with Agassi, who won the first of his 60 career titles when Nadal was just one year old. Enditem
