Ugandan tennis team leaves for ITF regional circuit

KAMPALA, Feb. 6(Xinhuanet)-- Uganda's tennis team left on Sunday for Burundi to take part in the first leg of the three-leg International Tennis Federation(ITF) organized circuit that is slated to start on Tuesday.

According to a local press report on Monday, the East Africa Money Circuit, which will be held in Burundi, Rwanda and Uganda respectively, will be attended by teams including Burundi, Rwanda,Kenya, Zimbabwe, Uganda.

Uganda's team is led by the country's second seed, Herbert Buyinza.

After Burundi, the team will then proceed to Rwanda for leg two before returning to Kampala for the last round. Enditem
