NEW DELHI, Sept. 22 (Xinhua) -- Russian Maria Kirilenko toppled second seed Daniela Hantuchova of Slovakia 4-6, 6-2 and 6-1 to reach her first WTA final at the Kolkata Open tennis tournament on Saturday. The fourth seed will face unseeded Mariya Koryttseva of Ukraineon Sunday after the latter downed Briton Anne Keothavong 7-6 and 6-3 in the first semi-final. Hantuchova, 24, who had won three previous meetings with Kirilenko, began well before the 35th-ranked Russian put pressure on her serve. The 11th-ranked Hantuchova broke Kirilenko in the ninth game before serving out for the set. However, Kirilenko made a series of down-the-line winners and forehand shots to race to 5-1 in the second set and then twice broke Hantuchova to wrap up the decider. "The first set was so hard and it was good I eventually played well and won," said Kirilenko.
