PARIS, Sept. 26 (Xinhua) -- Nancy cruised into the fourth round of the French League Cup with a comfortable 3-0 win over Ligue 2 Boulogne-sur-Mer on Tuesday.

The Ligue 1 leaders went ahead on the stroke of halftime through Gaston Curbelo before Sebastien Puygrenier doubled their tally on 68 minutes.

Boulogne striker Benjamin Psaume then put through his own net two minutes from time.

Later on Tuesday, AJ Auxerre host Ligue 1 rivals St Etienne.

Six-times Ligue 1 champions Olympique Lyon were awarded a third-round bye.
