Macedonia coach to stay on job for two more years

TIRANA, Dec. 21 (Xinhua) -- Macedonia coach Srecho Katanec has decided to coach Macedonia's national team for two more years and to lead the team through qualifications for the World Cup 2010.

The Football Federation of Macedonia announced the news on its website, Makfax, Macedonia's independent news agency, reported on Friday.

"The good cooperation with the federation, the quality of the national team are crucial for the continuation of our cooperation," the federation's president Hari Hadziristeski said, adding that Katanec has asked no extra conditions for his stay on the job.
