Riyadi retains Basketball Lebanon Cup for 3rd season

BEIRUT, April 15 (Xinhua) -- Beirut's Riyadi club on Monday won for the third season in a row the Lebanon Cup in the men's basketball after defeating Champville 107-81, local Naharnet news website reported on Tuesday.
The championship was held at Michel Murr stadium in Boushriyeh, northeast of Beirut, in the presence of thousands of fans, said the report.
Riyadi captain Ismail Ahmad was the best scorer with 32 points, it added.
