Brazilian AME to play two cyclone fund-raising soccer matches in Myanmar

YANGON, Oct. 18 (Xinhua) -- Associacao Missao Esperanca (AME) soccer team from Brazil will play two charity soccer matches in Myanmar in the last week of this month, according to the Myanmar Football Federation (MFF) on Saturday.

The first fund-raising soccer match for the victims of deadly cyclone Nargis which hit five divisions and states in Myanmar in early May will be held at the Thuwunna Youth Training Center on Oct. 26 and the second match at the Aung San Stadium on Oct. 28, the MFF said.

The Brazilian team will arrive here on Oct. 25.
