Spain beats Italy 4-0 in Euro final

KIEV, July 1 (Xinhua) -- Spain crushed Italy 4-0 in the European championship final on Sunday to be the first nation to win three major titles in a row following Euro 2008 and the 2010 World Cup.

David Silva, Jordi Alba, Fernando Torres and Juan Mata scored for Spain, which is also the first country to win back-to-back Euro titles.
